Return and Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed and the product has been delivered.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you experience a technical issue with your download or have not received your product, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

By completing a purchase on our store, you agree to this no-refund policy.

Digital Products — EU Withdrawal Right

Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. However, by completing your purchase of a digital product from KT Author Tools, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal.

No Refunds on Digital Downloads

All sales of digital products (including reports, guides, planners, trackers, and checklists) are final once the download link has been delivered. Because digital files cannot be "returned," we do not offer refunds after delivery.

Exceptions

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us within 7 days at [your contact email]. We will make every effort to resolve the issue or provide a replacement file.

Defective or Misdescribed Products

If a product is materially different from its description, you retain your statutory rights under EU law and may request a remedy.
